AIPAC and their dark money came for my movement brother, Jamaal Bowman.

An historic amount of money — over $20 million — was spent on his election
for all the wrong reasons, to attack someone who has always and will
always work for the people. Jamaal put up a courageous fight, standing
firmly in his beliefs and never wavering from his message of moral
clarity.

Now we need to rally for my sister-in-service, Cori Bush.

Cori is a fierce advocate for the people of Missouri’s 1st, and someone I
proudly collaborated with on criminal legal reform and the first-ever
Congressional Caucus for the Equal Rights Amendment. She’s a champion for
affordable housing and ending discriminatory housing policies. She’s
committed to doing the most for all of St. Louis, beginning with those who
have the least.

She has a clear path to victory — I know because her organizing program is
strong and deeply rooted in the community.

But Republican-funded super PACs are targeting her just like they targeted
Jamaal.

AIPAC has already spent $2 million against Cori, oversaturating the market
with ads attacking her character. The Missouri media market is cheaper
than New York’s which means, comparatively, they’re already tracking to
spend more than they did against Jamaal. But it also means that every
dollar we raise goes further.

Look, no one
spends over $20 million dollars against a candidate whose policies aren’t
popular. Our people-powered, humanity-centered movement is stronger than
ever. As Cori says, we decide our future, not far-right mega donors.
