There are a lot of reasons that Donald Trump is not fit for the presidency. As president, he was impeached TWICE and was recently found GUILTY of 34 FELONIES.

If that isn’t reason enough to reject him, here is his record on gun violence:

Gun homicides went UP 34 percent when Trump was president.

Trump told Iowans they “have to get over” the death of a 6th grader who was murdered earlier this year.

Trump has promised that he’ll “terminate” all the work we have done to save lives from gun violence if he becomes president again.

Here’s what we have been able to accomplish:

We got President Biden to sign the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act into law, the most significant gun safety legislation in nearly 30 years.

Expanded background checks, addressing dangerous loopholes and ensuring that firearms do not fall into the wrong hands.

Established the nation’s first ever White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention.

John, the difference between what Democrats stand for and what Trump does couldn’t be clearer. If we let Donald Trump be re-elected to the White House, he will destroy all of the progress we’ve made to save our communities from gun safety under President Biden’s leadership.
