This book highlights the unique challenges faced by LGBTQ+ individuals, including mistreatment (systemic harassment, stigma, and discrimination) and lack of access to care. By addressing these issues and promoting cultural competency, this research aims to improve healthcare access and treatment for LGBTQ+ population.
