It’s Kirsten Engel — mom, teacher, and Democrat running to flip AZ-06 blue.

Mike Johnson’s PAC, the Congressional Leadership Fund, just reserved almost $6 million in ads in our district.

They’re desperate to protect my Republican opponent’s seat — and they’ll throw as much money as they can into this race to make that happen.

We’ll know more soon, but here are my key takeaways:

1. In 2022, the dark money fueling my opponent's campaign gave him a crucial edge in our race. We were outspent 6:1, in large part because of far-right PACs that poured money into AZ-06. And despite the incredible grassroots support behind our campaign, we lost by just one percentage point.
    
2. Republicans are scared of our campaign. We outraised Ciscomani last quarter, and they know we have the momentum to win this November. That’s why they’re dumping millions in dark money into protecting him — and their House majority.

With $5.8 million in Republican dark money flooding our district, their MAGA message will be able to dominate the airwaves. But with your grassroots support, we can fight back online and in the field.
