Dear John,
Over the past several months, America has witnessed an outburst of hatred toward Israel and the Jewish people.
Students at our nation's most prestigious universities engaged in antisemitic rhetoric and acts of violence as they rallied for the Palestinians and even Hamas, ignoring the despicable acts of terror they committed.
Why do these students have such a deep hatred for the West and the Judeo-Christian values on which our society has been built?
The answer is simple: they've been indoctrinated by a radical anti-Christian ideology.
Although many Americans were shocked to witness this rise in antisemitism, FRC has been sounding the alarm for years.
In 2018, we published an analysis of the rise of left-wing antisemitism on college campuses and exposed the hypocrisy of the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) -- a self-proclaimed human rights group known for its notorious "Hate List" that it weaponizes against its political opponents -- for ignoring this growing trend.
Now, in the wake of the October 7 terrorist attacks on Israel perpetrated by Hamas, this ugly ideology has finally been unmasked at American universities.
But antisemitism is no longer confined to ivory towers; it is spreading across America, and now the entire world seems to be turning against Israel.
Rather than speaking out against antisemitism, the mainstream media has actually been enabling this growing trend. That's why FRC is using its platforms like Washington Watch, The Washington Stand, and our new Stand Firm app, to combat false narratives and defend the truth in the face of left-wing indoctrination and growing antisemitism.
We have also worked to educate Americans and members of Congress on how H.R. 6090, the Antisemitism Awareness Act, provides an important template for combating antisemitism where it already exists, as well as preventing further antisemitic indoctrination in the future.
Our nation is at a critical point. It is time for us to unite against radical, godless ideologies like this one.
John, will you partner with us to stop the Left's indoctrination?
FRC must raise $5 million before our critical fiscal year-end deadline on June 30 so we can be equipped and resourced to defend the faith in 2024 and beyond.
When you partner with us today, your generous gift will be DOUBLED thanks to friends of FRC.
For your gift, we will send you your very own Defending the Faith certificate as a mark of your courage and commitment to defending biblical values in every area of society.
Plus, for a gift of $100 or more, your name will be proudly displayed on our "Defending the Faith" plaque at FRC headquarters in Washington, D.C.
DOUBLE MY GIFT
Parents are charged with the important task of bringing their children up in the Word of God in the knowledge that "even when they are old, they will not turn from it" (Proverbs 22:6).
In our nation today, we must recognize that ideologues are using this same principle against people of faith.
The Left has captured America's most esteemed institutions to spread their ideas and indoctrinate students -- knowing that "even when they are old, they will not turn from it."
Unfortunately, this indoctrination doesn't start when kids go to universities. By the time they get to college, many kids have already been inculcated with left-wing ideologies in public schools -- often beginning as early as kindergarten!
But this insidious indoctrination extends beyond antisemitism, even to biology -- as we've seen with the explosion of gender identity ideology being pushed on our children.
Thankfully, some states are fighting back!
Last week, a law was signed in Louisiana requiring the Ten Commandments to be displayed in public school classrooms. Unsurprisingly, the ACLU and other left-wing legal groups have quickly filed lawsuits challenging the legislation.
Even though the Left is actively working to push their radical LGBTQ+ agenda -- which is essentially a religion itself -- on our children via sexually explicit material, pride flags in classrooms, and drag queen story hour, they are up in arms against teaching basic principles for right and wrong, like the Ten Commandments.
We must not sit idly by and allow this hypocrisy to continue. FRC is working tirelessly to defend the faith in education by equipping parents, educators, and legislators with the resources they need to defend our children and reclaim our education system.
- Our Concerned Citizen's Guide to Engaging with Public Schools was designed to equip Americans to stand up against this radical agenda.
- We've crafted a Universal Opt-Out Letter to give parents a template to protect their children in public schools.
- And we're working with brave individuals who wish to restore sanity on school boards across the country.
By partnering with FRC today, you can DOUBLE your impact to defend the faith and protect our children. Will you join us?
PARTNER WITH FRC
It started over sixty years ago with the removal of prayer and the Bible from public schools. Now we see what the agenda was all along.
The Bible makes it clear that "The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge" (Proverbs 1:7).
FRC knows that the only way that we will defeat these radical ideologies is to return to Scripture and champion the Word of God.
For more than 40 years, FRC's purpose has been to defend the faith on the front lines of public policy and in our culture. We have stood on your behalf as a beacon of light, championing faith, family, and freedom across the nation . . . but as battles intensify, your faithful support is more important than ever.
Will you join us in defending the faith?
