Dear John,

Last week, hundreds came together in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to help relieve suffering for people in the toughest places.

We wanted to send a huge “thank you” to all those who served at the June Unto Mission Packing Project!

The time and service of our volunteers helps ensure suffering people in the toughest places receive the lifesaving supplies they need to survive — and have the opportunity to hear the message of hope.

We are excited to report that 1,752 faithful volunteers helped pack thousands of lifesaving supplies that will serve more than 110,286 suffering people! The critical items prepared for shipment will soon be on their way to some of the most hard-to-reach places on earth.

Here is just a snapshot of the week’s accomplishments:

  • 47,779 people will soon receive clothing and shoes.
  • 16,500 children will receive school supplies so they learn.
  • 3,888 people will receive a 30-day supply of meals, and 33,400 people will benefit from seed packs so they can grow their own food.
  • 5,400 women will also receive LuoPacks during upcoming aid distributions or women’s health workshops.

Local staff teams personally distribute this aid. They also build relationships with those served, and at the right time, they share the gospel.

Whether you volunteer, give or pray, thank you for meeting people's physical and spiritual needs in the toughest places. Together we are relieving suffering, restoring dignity and revealing hope!

Serving Together,

Dave Parsons

Assistant Director, Supply Chain
