Hey team, it’s Sean Casten, AKA Chef Sean.

It’s not summer in my house until I’ve started my annual batch of Sean’s World-Famous Fermented Hot Sauce. (It’s THAT good, trust me.)

As much as I’d like to ship a gallon of this stuff to everyone reading this email, we don’t exactly have the budget for industrial hot-sauce manufacturing. Especially not while things here in IL-06 are “heating up” ahead of our FEC filing deadline.
