Hi John,

One interesting part of 2024 has been repeated legal beatdowns of Democrat AG Kris Mayes.

She shouldn't even be in the office. And now her ideological extremism and lack of any legal acumen is catching up with her.

The latest beatdown? She tried to get a restraining order to prevent the budget from going into effect.

Yeah, that's right. The AZ GOP caucus announced this:

Just moments ago, a Maricopa County Superior Court judge correctly rejected claims made by AG Mayes that the FY 2025 budget was "illegal" and affirmed that the opioid settlement monies could be transferred, as provided in the budget passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor.

“This was a frivolous case brought by the Attorney General. Facts matter. Laws matter. And our taxpayers are best served when our elected officials uphold the rule of law. Once again, I’m grateful we have checks and balances in place to ensure this principle is followed.” -Sen Warren Petersen
The Dems running the state are corrupt and incompetent. That is not an opinion, the evidence bears it out.

We are providing solutions- REAL solutions- to the problems Arizona faces. Border chaos, compromised elections, crime, corruption taxes... we have the solutions. Now we need them enacted.

We are fighting everything they are throwing at us- and winning. But we have to go to court for the most simple things, and go over their heads to enact real solutions.

My goal of $50,000 by the end of June has only days left. I have raised $27,900 so far, with only DAYS left! We are fighting for YOUR priorities here! Will you help me?

America First,
Wendy Rogers, Lt Col USAF (ret)
Arizona State Senator
Arizona's 7th Legislative District
P.S. Arizona is paying attention to how well I can raise money - and how many patriots can support me. Will you help me show them how serious we are about election integrity?
