This is a very serious and urgent matter, so please hear me out. Joe Biden and his administration are stonewalling Judicial Watch over the release of critical public documents directly related to the president's possible criminal liability for the unauthorized removal, retention and disclosure of classified documents after he left office as vice-president in 2017.

Dear Fellow American,

This is a very serious and urgent matter, so please hear me out.

Joe Biden and his administration are stonewalling Judicial Watch over the release of critical public documents directly related to the president's possible criminal liability for the unauthorized removal, retention and disclosure of classified documents after he left office as vice-president in 2017.

We are fighting back with every legal tool we have...but we need your help!

You may recall, Special Counsel Robert Hur taped recordings of Biden's interviews with prosecutors earlier this year...and later, in his official report, Hur famously called Biden a "well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory" and declined to charge the president with a "serious felony."

Judicial Watch believes the American people have a right to hear these tapes, and make up their own minds about Joe Biden's testimony and his credibility....because "no one is above the law," including the President of the United States.

And at Judicial Watch, we also believe in one standard of justice applied to all!

That's why we sued the Justice Department back in March, after they failed to respond to our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for those audio records.

And that's why I am asking you to give us your support today.

Just last week the Justice Department told us that they would not release the two audio tapes because they would constitute a "clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."

I believe that the public's right to know about Joe Biden's actions related to the documents he removed the from the White House outweighs his privacy in this case, and we will go the legal distance to force the release of records from the Special Counsel's investigation!

Of course, that costs money.

It’s easy to complain about Joe Biden's efforts to hide documents and audio recordings from the American people that "we the people" have a right to see and hear...

But where others complain, Judicial Watch acts

I deeply hope you will help us with a contribution now, so that we can keep the legal pressure on, in this lawsuit and in all our lawsuits fighting against public corruption and for transparency in government.

Thank you in advance for giving us your support today!

Sincerely,

Thomas Fitton
President
