The day Rishi Sunak announced the general election. And the truth is, we had no idea what to expect. Labour had spent the past four years building to be ready for that moment. But we knew one of our biggest challenges would be raising the money necessary to win.

So far tens of thousands of people have chipped in to give a record number of donations during our general election, making sure we have the funds for organisers, leaflets, digital ads, to spread Labour’s message of change.

£5

That’s the donation we need you to make today. Everyone who has chipped in so far is counting on you to join them — to be a part of this historic election. Time is running out, and we need to fund our resources for the final stretch of this campaign.

So if you’ve been waiting for a  moment when it matters most to make a donation, today is the day, John xxxxxx:

Can you please make a £5 contribution to our campaign? We wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t so important, but the Tories have made this the most expensive election in UK history:

Change will only happen if people vote for it. We need to make sure that the country knows that. This means more leaflets, more adverts and more volunteers than ever. Please help fund it.

We are counting on you to be part of this historic campaign.

Thank you,

Labour HQ 🌹
