We have three updates from the campaign trail and it’s all leading to our critical end-of-quarter fundraising deadline this Sunday.
FIRST: The GOP establishment announced they were reserving $3 million in TV ads here in Maine to attack Jared Golden.
THEN: We officially learned who our opponent will be this year.
NOW: Our end-of-quarter deadline is almost here and our goal is to raise another $20,000 by then to strengthen our grassroots report and help combat the attacks.
This is our first FEC deadline with a confirmed GOP opponent and we know the GOP is going to be looking at our report to see how our resources stack up against their dark money budget to take ME-02.
We only have 5 days to go and we can’t afford to be outraised by our opponent.
