*June 25, 2024 [ [link removed] ] - Docket No. 10015-90-CT-24 (Record No. 17499)* - The Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) approved the Application of High West Energy, Inc. for authority to change the On-Peak hours associated with its Time of Use service offerings; change its Prepaid Meter Residential Service tariff provisions; eliminate its All-Electric flat rate, Grandfathered Submetered Water Heating rate, Dual Fuel rate, unlimited Off-Peak EV Charging rate, and Surge Protection rider; and add Lighting Service rates, and denied the portions of the Application requesting net metering limitations. The Commission’s approval is subject to notice, protest, intervention, change, further investigation, opportunity for hearing and further order of the Commission.
*June 25, 2024 [ [link removed] ] – Docket No 10002-96-CT-24 (Record No. 17591)* - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of Carbon Power and Light, Inc.’s (Carbon Power or the Cooperative) Application for authority to implement a new Station Power Service tariff.
