FIRST: After Roe v. Wade was overturned, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost took immediate legal action to activate Ohio’s 6-week abortion ban.

THEN: Ohioans in need of critical healthcare had to flee the state – even in cases of assault.

NOW: Yost thinks even though Ohioans overwhelmingly passed an amendment to protect abortion rights, HIS 6-WEEK BAN SHOULD REMAIN.

Ohioans went to the ballot box and resoundingly supported reproductive rights, but that doesn’t matter to Yost. He will disregard our democratic process over and over, turning a deaf ear to Ohioans to achieve his personal agenda and strip away our rights.
