This week we’ve been putting pressure on Attorney General William Barr to release incarcerated folks from federal prisons amid COVID-19.
States like Kentucky have started reducing prison sentences. And, San Francisco reduced their prison population by 25%! This proves that our work is making an impact.
It’s up to us to continue to fight to protect incarcerated folks around the country, but we can only do this work with your support.
We’re mounting pressure on AG Barr and District Attorneys, Sheriffs, and Governors around the country to reduce their prison populations and protect the lives of hundreds, if not thousands, of vulnerable people.

Every penny you donate will go toward our organizing program working to get vulnerable incarcerated folks released, and towards our endorsement program working to elect more reform-minded District Attorneys so that we can have stronger protections for people in our criminal justice systems in the future.
