Yesterday was the two-year anniversary of SCOTUS’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.

Nationwide, women and girls were stripped of a fundamental right to make our own healthcare decisions. It was, and still is, terrifying – and the GOP celebrates it as a victory

But remember – we are not powerless.

In the two years since that decision, Republicans have repeatedly attempted to further erode reproductive rights and our bodily autonomy.

And yet, despite these significant challenges, time and time again, we’ve seen choice win on the ballot.

Our voice is our power. Our vote is our power. And we must use them – to defend seats; to flip seats; to elect Democrats up and down the ballot who will defend our rights; to take back the House. That’s what this campaign is all about.

And to do that, we’ve set a goal of raising an additional $16,000 to show strength on our public filing, to deliver a blue wave to PA and the Philly suburbs this November, and to fight for women’s rights. The recent blocked vote to protect contraceptive access; attacks on IVF; women fleeing their home states to get lifesaving care; and teen girls being forced to share their reproductive history to play sports — headlines like these from the GOP underscore the dire, dangerous nature of this moment.

We must fight back – and I’m committed to doing my part to make sure we win big this November. Our daughters and granddaughters deserve a future where their voices are heard, their rights are protected, and their bodies are their own.
