The purpose of Protea Foundation is to expand access to psychedelic treatment options for women suffering from childhood trauma. They need a lawyer to review articles of incorporation and bylaws and ensure volunteers and management are protected from liability. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Provide Legal Counsel for Survivors
National Women's Law Center
The Legal Network for Gender Equity, which combats sex harassment and other sex discrimination, needs lawyers to speak to survivors about their experiences and give them a trauma-informed consultation about their options. Employment law and litigation experience required. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.

Review and Comment on Material Transfer Agreement
Cure HHT
Cure HHT supports and provides educational services to patients and families with the rare blood vessel disease, HHT. They need someone to review their Material Transfer Agreement to ensure it covers all anticipated events, and also to propose a clause for Rights and Intellectual Property that will be generally accepted by all institutions. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
