POLITICO: "House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) said it's 'disgusting' that Democrats are pushing to include money for mail-in voting in the next coronavirus relief bill, dismissing the idea as unnecessary despite the pandemic." Speaker Nancy Pelosi said McCarthy's comments were informed by a "different values system" -- but that they were also "no surprise."
It is no surprise that the GOP doesn't want Democrats to expand voting rights: because when voters hit the polls, Republicans lose. Even Trump admitted on Fox & Friends that if voting rights spread, "you'd never have a Republican elected in this country again."
But since the highest-ranking Republican in the House just called it "disgusting," we need to know now:
