At Arlington Thrive, we are focused on bringing long-term stability rather than short-term solutions that extend the cycle of poverty. Believe it or not, 42% of our low-income neighbors are sacrificing basic needs—like food, medical care, and air conditioning—just to remain housed. Our unique programs are developing and growing to meet this urgent need, with a focus on holistic support that opens doors of opportunity and partnering with families and individuals on their journey to lasting stability. Here’s what’s happening:

Early Childhood Program
We believe investing in our youngest residents is key to a thriving future. Our Early Childhood Program ensures children from low-income families receive the essential resources and support they need during their formative years. Recently, we've expanded our reach, providing more baby essentials and early learning resources than ever before, reaching 12 new childcare facilities, intentionally expanding the childcare workforce by introducing a CDA certification program, and providing 85 families with baby essentials.

Community Navigator Program
Navigating life's challenges can be overwhelming. Our Community Navigator Program connects individuals and families to vital resources, services, and benefits. Our dedicated Navigator works one-on-one with clients, providing personalized guidance and advocacy, to ensure they receive the help they need to move forward and achieve their dreams.

Community Resilience
Since we know that emergencies and unexpected hardships can strike at any time, the Community Resilience program is our rapid-response initiative, providing financial assistance and information and referral services to those in urgent need. Recently, we've seen a significant uptick in demand for this fund and for our information and referral services, highlighting the ongoing need in our community.
