ground zero, with California’s LGBT caucus pushing legislation to
ban parental notification, placing government authority and groomers
above parents, and denying children proper mental health treatment.
This has already led to several school shootings, creating a double
jeopardy of health and safety risks! Representative Al Muratsuchi
claims that children who are “trans-identifying” are beaten by
their parents & classmates!

CALIFORNIA'S RADICAL LEGISLATURE IS A NATIONAL CANCER THAT WILL SPREAD
RAPIDLY IF WE DON'T STOP IT NOW!

Those in non-procreative relationships should have no voice on
what’s best for families and children, period. Despite 300,000
emails, petitions, phone calls, and 400,000 signatures for the
Parental Rights Ballot Initiative, we narrowly missed the required
amount to put it to a vote in 2026 due to a lack of funding for
signature gatherers—a crying shame. 

Since this tremendous effort, California’s LAWLESS lawmakers have
become more aggressive, threatening lawsuits and seeking to ban school
boards from implementing parental rights policies in 977 districts.
They aim to blatantly infringe on parents' undeniable Constitutional
and Supreme Court-established rights, not to mention that 80% of
Californians polled show strong support for these rights.

Help us fight as we prepare to rally, recruit, and head to the State
Capitol this week to defend parental rights! Parental Rights and
Education are a top priority, with over 57 million actions taken, but
we must do more quickly!
