I take seriously my responsibility to uphold our democratic values. I truly believe that this year’s election will be a turning point for our country.

That’s why I’m working my heart out to keep this toss-up seat blue. I know that we are the last line of defense against Donald Trump and his MAGA extremists.

We’ve seen what happens when Trump controls the Supreme Court. What happens when he takes control of Congress too? It’s genuinely a nightmare scenario for our democracy.

And the election is coming quickly. This Sunday is our next end-of-quarter deadline (one of the last times we will submit our fundraising numbers), and then it will be a full-out sprint to the finish line.

Republicans know exactly what they are doing. They know they are only a few seats away from controlling the House and Senate. That’s why they are ramping up attacks on Democrats like me. They just reserved $2 million in TV attack ads against me in fact.

I’m asking for your grassroots support right now to help us reach our fundraising goal and fight back — because every single vote will matter in our competitive race. This is the first deadline since a poll showed us down by 4 points against our extreme MAGA opponent, Kevin Lincoln. It’s a scary position to be in, and we can’t afford to be outraised this quarter!
