Pat Ryan for Congress

Team,

Today marks the two-year anniversary of the Supreme Court’s disastrous decision to overturn Roe v. Wade and rip away a freedom millions of Americans held for half a century. With one terrible move, they erased 50 years of legal protection that gave women the right to govern their own bodies.

Our anger over the decision is still as fresh today as it was two years ago. We're outraged that six unelected judges paved the way for extremist politicians to control a woman’s reproductive decisions. And we're disappointed that millions of young girls are having to grow up in a country with fewer rights than their mothers and grandmothers did.

Women should make their own decisions about when and with whom to have a child — not politicians. But anti-choice extremists have inserted themselves into some of the most personal choices a woman can make. Abortion has effectively been banned in over a dozen states, and they’re now attacking other forms of reproductive care like birth control and IVF.

Pat served 27 months in combat in Iraq to secure fundamental American rights and freedoms — and he refused to sit back and watch some of those same freedoms be ripped away by anti-choice extremists. That’s why he decided to take his fight to Congress.

As a member of the Pro-Choice Caucus, Pat introduced legislation to protect reproductive freedom and cosponsored the Women’s Health Protection Act which would restore the rights protected by Roe v. Wade. But we need a Democratic majority in the House to pass these critical pieces of legislation and restore reproductive freedom nationwide.

MAGA Republicans are spending millions of dollars to defeat Pat and pass a national abortion ban. Will you donate to Pat's campaign today to defend his seat, flip the House from red to blue, and pave the way for Democrats to restore and protect reproductive rights?

Pat will never stop fighting to restore the rights that were wrongfully ripped away from millions of women. Thank you for your support.
