John, it’s official:

Jamaal Bowman’s primary is now the most expensive House primary ever.

Ever!

Just look at this:

That large bar on the left side of the graph represents more than $14 million in spending from the AIPAC-affiliated group United Democracy Project.

One of our most progressive incumbents, Rashida Tlaib, has been a staunch advocate against AIPAC. She demonstrated solidarity with the entire Squad by contributing to our Squad Protection Fund. Her act of solidarity was particularly poignant as AIPAC unsuccessfully attempted to find a challenger for her, even offering financial incentives to potential candidates.

Together with Rashida, we must do everything in our power to protect Jamaal. But we have this massive outside spending that we’re up against, John.

Tomorrow is the NY-16 primary election. None of us want to wake up on Wednesday wishing that we had done more to re-elect Jamaal Bowman.

Since this is our last chance before the primary, let’s leave it all on the road: will you give $7.50 in this final stretch of the election to help us get out the vote for Jamaal Bowman?
