John,
There are plenty of reasons to look forward to the summer. Students and
children are planning adventures. Families and friends are having picnics
and barbeques. And many look forward to the Fourth of July parades
happening nationwide.
Adventures, barbeques, and parades must be free from the threat of gun
violence–this summer and every summer moving forward. That is our fight
and that is why we must DO MORE.
[ [link removed] ]Support our GIVE MORE TO END GUN VIOLENCE campaign with a donation
before midnight on June 30. Your generous gift will be 2X matched, up to
$250,000, to go twice as far to help ensure we have the critical resources
to make this summer and all future ones safe from gun violence.

Recently, the Supreme Court issued a life-saving decision in U.S. v.
Rahimi —reversing the Trump-stacked Fifth Circuit's dangerous ruling to
allow domestic abusers to be armed.
But just one week prior, this same Supreme Court overturned the federal
ban on bump stocks—deadly devices that effectively convert assault weapons
into machine guns—in Garland v. Cargill. This decision puts countless
lives in danger.
If you believe we need MORE safe 4th of July parades and an end to
shootings in places our families gather to celebrate, [ [link removed] ]donate now and
your gift will go twice as far!
The summer season is a critical time for organizing. Your donation now
will help us train and provide ongoing support to thousands of Moms Demand
Action and Students Demand Action volunteers and survivors of gun
violence. This grassroots force will:
* help elect lawmakers willing to pass meaningful gun safety legislation
and defeat politicians beholden to the gun lobby in November.
* hit the ground right after the election lobbying local, state and
federal officials to enact gun sense policies.
* hold gun manufacturers accountable for avoiding responsibility and
endangering public safety.
John, we've come so far and we've still got a lot of work to
do. [ [link removed] ]That's why we hope you'll take advantage of this opportunity to
GIVE MORE and have your donation matched dollar for dollar.
Thank you!
