John,
I am one of the one in four American women who has had an abortion.
Two years ago, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, opening the door
for state legislatures to pass restrictive, near-total bans on abortion.
If Donald Trump and the GOP win in November, they will pass a national
abortion ban. Trump has even suggested allowing the state to “monitor”
women’s pregnancies to ensure they don’t have an abortion.
That’s dystopian, it’s wrong, and it’s way out of line with what the
American people want. That's why we're fighting back.
To help ensure that pregnant people have the ability to make their own
