Hi John, it's Paige, Colin's campaign manager.

So many Texans across the state tell us every day how "sick and tired of Ted Cruz" they are. They say they're ready for change, but still they ask:

Can Colin really win?

Well, John, the answer is YES, Colin can absolutely beat Ted Cruz! And here's what I tell them.

1. Ted Cruz is far from invincible. He won by just over 2% in his last race, and has spent his last term doing everything but serving Texans.

2. Colin isn't just any candidate. From being raised by a single mom to making it to the NFL to defeating a 22-year incumbent in his first election – after experts gave him just a 10% chance to win – he's been beating tough odds his whole life.

3. And right now, this race is TIED. Not just one, but two polls show Colin neck and neck with Ted Cruz – including one from Trump's own former campaign manager!

We CAN win this, but there are millions of dollars being spent to smear Colin's name to stop the momentum we've built. A shady, special interest super PAC pledged they would pour $10 MILLION into Texas to support Cruz.

Colin is running a grassroots campaign that is about Texans talking to Texans, so even though we have a very real shot at winning, our success hinges on grassroots donors like you chipping in whatever you can, whenever you can.

So please, will you chip in $5 or $25 right now to help keep this campaign firing on all cylinders so that we can continue to mobilize voters, keep up with Ted Cruz's millions, and win big for Texas on Nov. 5?
