Today marks two years since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, folks.

Since then, we’ve seen dozens of states enact dangerous abortion policies, risking the health and livelihood of women across the nation. Reproductive freedom is under attack.

On the two year anniversary of the Court’s radical decision, I’m asking if you can donate $2 to expand our Democratic Senate majority so we can codify access to IVF, contraception, and abortion. [link removed]

It’s simple, folks. A nationwide abortion ban is on the ballot this year.

If we fail at getting more seats in the Senate, millions of women will have fewer rights than when they were born, and they will be forced into life-threatening circumstances to access basic health care.

In Virginia, we’ve seen firsthand how crucial a Democratic majority is. When we took full control of the General Assembly, we stopped the GOP’s draconian 15-week abortion ban in its tracks. Since then, we’ve been a safe haven for women in the South. Abortion providers in the Commonwealth continue to take patients from states like Georgia and Mississippi where reproductive health care has been banned or drastically rolled back.

If Republicans take back the Senate and pass a national abortion ban, those patients won’t have anywhere to go to access reproductive care. Virginians won’t have anywhere to go. And that will only be the beginning – IVF and contraception will be next.

Can you contribute $2 today to help my team and I send pro-choice Democrats to the Senate so we can expand our majority and protect access to reproductive health care? [link removed]

Thank you,

Mark Warner
