We all remember where we were on June 24th, 2022, when the conservative-packed Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and gutted reproductive freedom across the country.
It was a dark day – and the attacks on women’s health care have only increased since. Our MAGA Republican opponent Pete Stauber has been on the front lines of the extremists who want to continue to strip away our freedoms.
Stauber voted against the Women’s Health Protection Act, proudly sponsored legislation that would do away with IVF, has an A+ rating from the leading anti-choice group, The Susan B. Anthony List, and that’s just the start.

While Stauber will try to trick voters once again by saying he’s a “middle of the road” Republican, the truth is that he’s one of the most extreme members of Congress who is solely focused on continuing to rise within the ranks of the Republican Party to gain more power.
We send our leaders to Congress to reflect the values of the constituents they were elected to represent – and an overwhelming majority of Minnesotans support the right to access safe and healthy abortion care.
Pete Stauber is a threat to women, and would prefer to continue attacking our freedoms in pursuit of his own political agenda. It’s shameful, and we deserve better.
