Public Notice: Revised Coal and Noncoal Revised Public Notice Formats Posted

Good afternoon. Please be advised that all Coal & Noncoal Public Notice formats have been revised and uploaded to the LQD website. Specific revisions include:


* Added a compliance statement for the Americans with Disabilities Act and direction to visit the website for translation to Spanish.
* Updated several statutory references where appropriate.
* Added a note for applicants to send a copy of the public notice in Word format to their permit coordinator once the notice language is finalized for electronic posting on the LQD web page.
* Update all footers with the new revision date of 6/2024.
