As we approach two years since the overturning of Roe v. Wade, we must reflect on the devastating impact this decision has had on our nation and the lives of countless individuals — including those in AL-07.

There are now 26 states where access to abortion is banned or severely limited. But that’s not all. In Alabama, access to IVF has come under threat, and right-wing extremists have made it clear that they intend to target birth control, too.

But when Congressional Republicans had a chance to protect access to IVF and contraception earlier this month — they blocked it.
