Pride Card: Happy Pride Month, friends! Pride has always been a special time of year for myself and many others. It's a time when we can celebrate our love for one another with our community. But it’s also a time for us to pause and remember those who have fought for LGBTQ+ rights for decades, from the fight for marriage equality to the fight now for trans visibility and safety. In our current political climate, extremist Republicans have made it a priority to spread hatred and fear against the LGBTQ+ community. This month, my Republican colleagues added an unnecessary anti-Drag amendment to our Defense bill all in an effort to limit expression and spread hatred and fear for the drag community. That does not roll with me. As long as I am in Congress, I will continue to defend the LGBTQ+ community. Thank you, Robert
