Two years of women being forced by the government to carry pregnancies, even unviable ones, to term.
Two years of women being denied desperately needed medical care because their doctors are afraid of criminal prosecution.
Two years of right-wing politicians telling women what we can and can’t do with our own bodies.
Every day this status quo continues is a day with devastating consequences for women across our nation. And our best chance to change it — and reinstate abortion access in all 50 states — is to elect a pro-choice Democratic House majority this November.

Let’s be clear-eyed about this: if we lose this race, it’ll be to an opponent who won’t just oppose efforts to protect abortion rights. It’ll be to someone who will roll them back even further . My opponent has said he disapproves of the law we have here in Oregon that protects the right to choose — a law that I was proud to help pass.
For as long as I have the opportunity to serve, I promise I will do everything in my power to defend abortion rights and fight back against the extremists who are determined to take them away.
