Pew Research Center: Broad Public Support for Legal Abortion Persists 2 Years After Dobbs [[link removed]]

The headline makes it clear: overturning Roe was a big mistake.

It's been two years since Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization rocked the country, John. For 50 years, Roe allowed women to make their own decisions on reproductive care. Providers were able to perform safe, legal abortions and were protected under the law.

But June 24, 2022, changed all of that in an instant. A conservative Supreme Court struck down Roe. And the fallout has been catastrophic ever since.

In overturning Roe, the Supreme Court has unleashed a health care crisis across America. We've seen multiple states implement extreme abortion bans. Women no longer have access to the health care they need. Doctors fear getting arrested because of unclear legislation and language.

But when abortion is on the ballot, it's won time and time again. And this year? Voters in multiple states will decide whether or not abortion should be enshrined in their state constitutions.

MAGA Republicans are scared and know that everyday people like you are fed up with politicians controlling private, medical decisions.

To keep the fight for reproductive rights going, will you donate any amount today to honor the legacy of Roe and to ensure that reproductive health care is a right? [[link removed]]
