Team — Two years ago today, the Supreme Court undid over five decades of precedent, overturning Roe v. Wade and changing the landscape of reproductive care across the country.
Since the decision, 14 states have enacted extreme bans, and even more have rolled back protections in the post-Roe era. These extreme bans on reproductive care make it nearly impossible for women, especially women from marginalized communities, to access the care they need.
I promise that as long as I’m in office, Central and Southern Illinois will have a fighter for accessible reproductive care. Women deserve to make the decisions that are best for them, without interference from politicians with an agenda or our government.
But if the GOP flips this seat red and expands their NARROW House majority this November, we know they’ll work day and night to continue to eviscerate reproductive rights for everyone. So please, will you pitch in $10 right now to help our team keep this seat blue?

Since Roe was overturned, Illinois has seen one of the largest increases in women accessing reproductive care from women who live in red states traveling hundreds of miles across state lines to manage their pregnancies.
These bans have had cascading effects too — in red states with extreme bans, medical residency applications are down and women’s lives and the freedom of providers are being put unnecessarily at risk.
Politicians don’t belong in the doctor’s office, folks, and we need to build a majority in the House that is working to protect reproductive freedom. Will you pitch in today and help us build the pro-choice majority we deserve?
