TDI bulletin about data security

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) issued a bulletin in July 2023 with contact information for breach notices to TDI.

There’s also a requirement to submit a Data Breach Report to the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

Chapter 521 of the Texas Business and Commerce Code creates the parameters of the breaches.
