Dear John,
The fight for a transparent, fair, and accurate Election continues. My campaign is doing everything we can to ensure the law is being followed in the post-election canvassing process.
We know I received the majority of votes from Republicans who legitimately participated in this election, and we believe I will be the ultimate winner, despite my opponent’s efforts with former Speaker McCarthy to solicit Democrats votes in our primary.
Unfortunately, we are finding much to question and challenge during this canvassing process---This election must not be certified!
I am sorry to report that we’re facing significant resistance in our efforts to verify the ballots and election results. Our observers are being blocked from information they are legally entitled to review. We are having difficulty getting answers to basic questions.
Meetings are being held in secret, and our campaign observers are being shut out of the review process. There is evidence of in-person drop box ballots being “lost”, and security procedures were not followed.
Sadly, this election is demonstrating that the problems from 2020 with mail-in ballots and drop-boxes are still with us in 2024!
Our team works hard in every campaign to have citizen observers in every precinct. The June 18 primary Election was no different. The stakes are high, the vote count is very close, and the fight for victory continues!
