When Elaine challenged former Republican Congressman Scott Taylor to represent Virginia's 2nd District, political pundits counted her out. But an army of grassroots supporters stepped up and helped her flip this toss-up district blue by 2.3 points.

Now Elaine is facing off against Taylor again -- who raised $4 million to power his campaign last cycle.

And he'll have outside help from a Republican Super PAC that just spent more than $1 million to run TV ads against Elaine this fall.
