Friend,
Remember when Trump famously said
“I hire the best people?” That’s an all-timer right there.
Why?
Because of the 44 members of his
cabinet from his ill-fated first term, only four of them have publicly
committed to supporting him again. That means 40 of 44 Trump cabinet
members think like we do – another Trump term is a very very bad idea.
Most of them have come out saying things like, “he's a national
security risk” and question his integrity openly. But, we prefer the
people who got straight to the point, like Rex Tillerson, Trump’s
former Secretary of State, who famous called Trump a “F&*king
moron.” That quote should be embroidered on pillows and slapped on
billboards.
Again, of the 44 people Trump put
in his cabinet, only 4 have said they’ll vote for him. That’s less
than 10 percent. Less than 10 percent of the people
Trump gave a job to want anything to do with him this
year. Maybe he really did
hire the best people?
Nevertheless, we all have to
remember who we’re dealing with. Liars surround themselves with liars,
and convicts surround themselves with convicts (or potential
convicts.)
That’s what we’re up against. But
unlike the members of today’s GOP, we won’t fold under pressure. No
matter what he says or does, we’ll always know who Trump is. He’s a
conniving, lying failure. Oh, and he’s a convicted felon. This doesn’t
exactly scream President of the United States material. It screams
bottom-tier human being.
Unfortunately, not everybody thinks
like us. There are still millions of people who will vote for Donald
Trump in November. Even if they aren’t thrilled about it, they’ll
still cast a ballot. And whether it’s because they still believe in
his lies or just flat out can't shake their MAGA party allegiance,
those votes will count against President Biden.
So, just so we’re abundantly clear,
there is a clear choice on the ballot in November. There’s a felon and
there’s a leader. Help
us make sure America thinks like Trump’s cabinet and goes with the
latter >>
