When We All Vote

John,

Over the past few days, we’ve seen a huge wave of support for expanding the ways that voters can have their voices heard at the ballot box fairly and safely. We are living through an unprecedented crisis at a time when it’s crucial to ensure all citizens can participate in our democracy through voting.

As we outlined earlier this week, our safe voting principles include expanding access to vote by mail, online voter registration, and early voting. We know that these measures are not only necessary for the current moment, but also long overdue. And with the 2020 elections already being affected by this public health crisis, the time is NOW to make vital changes to how people vote in our country.

So, I’m asking you to join us in this fight. We are committed to keeping voters informed about every possible way to cast their ballot during this election season by reaching voters where they are -- at home. Here’s how you can help:

  1. Take Action: Sign our pledge to advocate for these principles and ensure voters are educated about how they can register and vote.

  2. Spread the word on social media: Let your social networks know you support making elections more accessible through online voter registration, early voting, or vote by mail. Share on Twitter and share on Facebook.

  3. Get Informed: Learn about the rules in your state and be sure to get registered to vote and request to vote by mail.

  4. Call or email your federal legislators and let them know you support vote by mail. You can find your U.S. Senators here and your U.S. Representative here.

We are working hard to ensure that everyone is able to vote safely in 2020 and beyond. If you agree that changes are needed now to accommodate this moment, join us in advocating for fair and safe elections. Add your name to our Safe Voting pledge now >>

Thank you and stay safe,

Erin
