Former president and newly convicted felon Donald Trump.
Trump’s endorsement proves that the GOP is really going all-in to win Maryland’s open seat and flip the Senate red.
We’re likely about to see a flood of MAGA dark money, the likes of which our state has never seen, and we need to be ready to respond.

Larry Hogan is Mitch McConnell’s top Senate recruit of the cycle, and he’s been courting support from MAGA extremists for months.
Trump is throwing his weight behind Hogan because he wants a GOP majority in the Senate to rubber stamp his far-right agenda and shield him from any consequences for his many crimes.
He sees flipping Maryland as his best chance to flip the Senate.
