Even as thousands of American lives have been lost to this deadly virus, President Trump continues to fixate on his own television ratings, while sending mixed messages about whether Americans should stay home to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.
A president’s first priority is to keep the American people safe, and we need a national stay-at-home order to slow and stop the spread of coronavirus. The president must act now to save lives and put the health and safety of the American people ahead of politics.
