john — Recent stories about Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito prove how desperately we need to reform the courts.
From far-right flags flying in front of his homes after January 6, to recordings of him saying political compromise is impossible and that we need to return the country to “godliness,” Justice Alito is showing once and for all that he is unable to rule without bias on the bench.
Tina has called for him to resign or, at minimum, recuse himself from cases in which he cannot be impartial.
But we need to do more to fix the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court is meant to be an impartial, justice-minded body independent from the executive and legislative branches of government.
