This month is Pride Month, a time to celebrate and honor LGBTQ+ Marylanders.

Pride is about all of us coming together to show our support for our diverse and resilient LGBTQ+ community. Last week, I joined Baltimore Pride to celebrate joy and love with our community.

During my time in the state legislature, I was honored to cast the deciding vote to legalize same-sex marriage in Maryland—one of my proudest moments in public service.

In Congress, I will be a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and ensure legal protections for all LGBTQ+ individuals and communities.
