The latest on the U.S. Supreme Court

  • The Supreme Court did not issue a decision on Trump's immunity case today. The Court's next scheduled opinion day is Wednesday, June 26, which is one day before the first 2024 presidential debate.


  • Typically, the court releases all its decisions by the end of June or the beginning of July.


Update on voting rights lawsuits across the country

  • There are currently 53 active voting rights lawsuits across six battleground states, including 16 in Pennsylvania, 10 in Arizona, nine in Wisconsin, nine in Georgia, five in Michigan and four in Nevada.
