John, I’m about to ask you to split a donation of $10 or any amount between my campaign for Congress and VPP.

But first, I want to talk about Pride Month 🏳️‍🌈.

Growing up, I didn’t see many LGBTQ+ people in positions of power. I didn’t know if anyone was fighting for us.

When politicians talked about people like me, it was to incite bigotry or fear.

Now, those same types of politicians are targeting queer and trans kids. They’re banning gender-affirming care. They’re targeting drag shows. They’re taking books with LGBTQ+ characters off bookshelves.

I want those kids to know that someone has their back — and I want them to know that LGBTQ+ people can and should be in the halls of power.

In Congress, I want to be as visible as possible as I fight for LGBTQ+ rights, voting rights, and preserving our democracy. But with only a few weeks left until voting, we need to pull out all the stops — can you celebrate Pride and help make history by splitting a donation between VPP and my campaign to elect the first LGBTQ+ Latina member of Congress?
