We messed up.

We thought we were on track to reach our end-of-quarter fundraising goal before the June 30th deadline, but we were wrong.

We’re all human, and we all make mistakes — but if we don't hit our target before we have to publicly report our fundraising numbers at the end of the month, it could spell bad news for our campaign.

The truth is, we’re falling behind at the worst possible time. Emerson College just released a poll that shows Tammy statistically tied with our Republican opponent, Eric Hovde.

Republicans only need to flip ONE seat to reclaim the Senate majority, and Hovde is within striking distance of taking the lead in the polls. If it looks like our fundraising can’t keep up with his campaign’s when our numbers go public, national Republicans and their dark money allies will make Tammy their top target for defeat and will spare no expense to flip her seat — and the Senate majority — red.

It’s important that we get back on track ASAP, and your support is our best chance to turn things around.
