The Supreme Court is in an ethics crisis of its own making.

From personal conflicts of interest to influence-peddling schemes, the justices have shown an unwillingness to do what it takes to restore the public’s faith in their work.

It’s not just a disaster for the judiciary, but also for our entire system of checks and balances. This is a serious threat to our democracy.
