Last week, we had the opportunity to bring all of our New Politics team members to one place (a rarity in the virtual workplace) to host a retreat. This gave us the time and space we needed to map out not only our strategy for the rest of this election but for the years ahead.

One of my favorite moments of our company-wide retreat was an exercise mimicking “Jeopardy.” Where each department was a team and had to answer trivia questions based on that department's tasks and mission. Some of us were more competitive than I thought!

As the founder of New Politics, I’m always thinking about growth, and how we make our mission real and lasting. We did quite a bit of strategy work at this retreat, and I wanted to share the top lines of our findings with you:
 

Expanding our brand and presence to bring more of the New Politics hospitality to all of our candidates and external partners. Strategizing around how to better serve our candidates as we head toward 2024. Maintaining and upholding our ideals of excellence as we support our servant leaders.
