U.S. Redirects Air-Defense Missile Deliveries to Ukraine

The Biden administration will rush the delivery of air-defense interceptors to Ukraine by halting delivery to allied nations, as the WSJ reports.

U.S. Says Ukraine Can Hit Inside Russia

The U.S. has told Ukraine it can use American-supplied weapons to hit any Russian forces attacking from across the border — not just those in the region near Kharkiv, as Politico reports.

Putin Signs Deals with Vietnam

Vladimir Putin signed at least a dozen deals with his Vietnamese counterpart on Thursday and offered to supply fossil fuels, including natural gas, to Vietnam during a state visit that comes as Moscow is seeking to bolster ties in Asia to offset its growing international isolation over its war in Ukraine, as the AP reports.

TikTok Slams U.S.

The Biden administration’s new law forcing the sale or ban of TikTok should be overturned, TikTok attorneys said in a court brief Thursday marking the start of one of the most consequential legal battles in American internet history, as The Washington Post reports.
