John — It’s
been a year since Adam was censured in a partisan vote in the House, and
what a year it’s been.

Since then, Adam has been repeatedly attacked by Trump and his cronies,
and Republicans have only gotten worse.

The government almost shut down more than once last year, and Trump is
currently facing 34 felony counts. Meanwhile, Republicans compare him to
Jesus and bend over backward to defend his criminal behavior.

This is exactly why we need to protect the Senate, take back the House,
and win in November — because this is just the beginning.

When Adam was censured, far-right Republicans filled the House chamber,
determined to attack him with false and defamatory accusations.

Despite the drama, Adam continues to fight for our democracy and will
always hold anyone who goes against our democracy accountable.

Republican dysfunction has reached new depths, and instead of addressing
real issues or working together to create bipartisan solutions, the GOP
has only focused on advancing the extremist agenda imposed by a
twice-impeached ex-president.

We can’t allow Trump’s shadow to linger over our country any
longer, John.
