Colorado Democrats blast ‘extreme’ House GOP agenda in military spending bill
The U.S. House of Representatives narrowly approved annual legislation that funds the country’s military Friday in a 217-199 vote, with Diana and nearly all of her House Democratic colleagues objecting to the Republican majority’s inclusion of provisions relating to contentious social issues.
Diana blasted House Republicans’ use of the bill to “further an extreme anti-choice, anti-freedom agenda.”
